Rent Conditions and Information

• The client must pay 50% of the rent in advance by way of booking.
• The client shall provide a deposit of €500 on the day of arrival. For Buganvilla 19, 37 and the Appartments Jazmines the deposit is 300€.
• The rent includes bedclothes and bathroom towels.
• The cleaning of the property costs €175. (Exception for the Appartments Jazmines: 75€)
• Arrival time: as of 3 p.m.
• Departure time: prior to 10 a.m.
• No animals allowed.
• For your safety and hygiene, you are requested not to smoke inside the properties.
• Minimum stay 1 week (2 weeks in July and August).
• Special prices for long stays.

Cancellation conditions:

If you wish to cancel a booking that has already been confirmed, this has to be communicated to us in writing.
• Cancellation charge 60 days or more: 25% of total rental price.
• Cancellation charge between 60 and 45 days: 50% of total rental price.
• Cancellation charge 45 days: 100% of total rental price.
We advice to buy a travel insurance to avoid these charges.
