Rental Conditions and information • The client must pay 50% of the rent in advance to confirm the booking.
• The client shall provide a deposit of 500€ on the day of arrival.
• The final cleaning of the property costs 175€.
• Arrival time: as of 3 p.m.
• Departure time: before 10 a.m.
• In the rental price is included: welcome basket, towels and sheets use of Wireless Internet (optical fiber 50MB) and weekly change of towels and sheets when booking 2 weeks or longer.
• Upon request there is a baby bed (with sheets) and a children's high chair available, the price is 25€/item/stay.
• No animals allowed.
• For your safety and hygiene, you are requested not to smoke inside the properties.
• Minimum stay of 1 week.
• Changeover day is Saturday, but flexible, except for Sundays.
• We offer special prices for stays of 2 months or longer during Winter time (1st October - 31st March).
Cancellation conditions: If you wish to cancel a booking that has already been confirmed, this has to be communicated to us in writing.
• Cancellation charge 60 days or more: 25% of total rental price.
• Cancellation charge between 60 and 45 days: 50% of total rental price.
• Cancellation charge 45 days: 100% of total rental price.
We advice to buy a travel insurance to avoid these charges. |
